We use several warehouses for the majority of our items. Each warehouse has their own preferred methods of shipping and processing times, with priority given to Rush orders. All use plain boxes with no reference to lingerie or similar. Please see the FAQ section for details for which warehouse uses what shipping method.

Shipping times vary depending on your location, but average package arrival after purchase is 7 to 14 business days for most continental United States destinations. This includes processing time. Please note that shipping times may be affected by many factors such as holidays, weather conditions and many other factors. Although delayed shipments are rare, they do happen from time to time. Tracking may or may not be made available to us automatically from the warehouse. If your package seems to be late, please email us to initiate a tracking search.

Please keep in mind we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes as most shipping companies won't deliver to them. We are one of the fastest shippers on the internet and strive to maintain such status. Once your order is placed, it will be processed ASAP. You will receive an order confirmation in your email box. If you find you have made an error in ordering, contact us by email IMMEDIATELY. Waiting 2-3 days may cause significant delays, as your package has most likely shipped with the incorrect order and will have to be sent back at your expense before the correct item is sent. BACKORDERS - Go back shopping

Backorders happen from time to time as we sell high volumes of the products listed on this website. The average backorder period is 2-3 weeks but in some cases can be longer, particularly if the fabric is out of stock or the item is from overseas. The items you ordered that were not on backorder will be shipped and billed BUT any backordered items will be shipped and billed upon shipment unless cancelled.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We generally only accept payments from, and shipping addresses located within the continental United States, however we can process orders to certain countries, so long as the buyer agrees that the prices shown at checkout will not include international shipping fees.

If you are buying from or shipping to a country outside the continental United States we will contact you by email after your order is complete with an international shipping quote that will be added to your total. Your credit card will not be charged until the shipping rates have been properly adjusted and you have been contacted for aproval. Taxes or Duties vary from country to country and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

All international orders are subject to approval prior to us shipping your order. We are very active in combatting credit card fraud, and will not process an order if it is "suspicious". We report all suspicious credit card orders, and we keep a record of your IP address for the authorities. We also Us USPS.com for most international orders.

LINGERIE AND APPAREL RETURNS

Due to State and Federal Regulations, for the health and safety of our customers and employees, for obvious health reasons and the intimate or one time wear nature of our apparel items, we DO NOT accept returns for exchange or refund, unless manufactured with a defect, or if we sent an item to you in our error. It is against health codes to accept returns on these items, even if you wear an undergarment while trying them on. We apologize, but it IS the law. You wouldn't want to wear an item worn and returned, would you?

TIP: Please utilize the sizing information given with the item to ensure the best fit. Measure yourself HONESTLY, without "sucking it in" too much, to reduce grief later. Most of these items are meant to be skimpy and/or cling to your body. Body shapes vary, but being realistic about which items look best on you will end up making you happier. If your measurements fall on a "borderline" size, and you would feel uncomfortable with your cleavage or behind showing - it might be a good idea to order the next larger size.

Also, keep in mind the type of fabric mentioned in the product description. Stretch knits, stretch mesh and most fishnets will have a larger degree of stretch than the stretch lycras, stretch satins and stretch velvets. Cottons, Denim, Satins, PVC Vinyl, Patent, and Leather will have little or no stretch. Stretch Lycras, velvets and mesh fabrics, tend to cling to the body and may reveal panty and bra lines, and those monthly bulges. Heavierweight Lycras and Velvets and darker colored fabrics, may be more forgiving than lightweight or light colored fabrics.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION - Go back shopping

All returned items MUST include a Return Authorization Form for exchange or refund to be completed. A Return Authorization Form will not be included in your shipment. We apologize for any inconvenience, but it is best to send your request for Return Authorization Numbers via e-mail. This is for your records as well as ours. Returned items must be made within 30 DAYS of receipt of shipment . Only unworn items with tags attached (if applicable) may be returned or exchanged.

Items that are returned without a Return Authorization Form, or that are obviously worn or without tags attached will be returned and customer will be charged a shipping and handling fee. Please DO NOT Return your items without a Return Authorization number and the correct address to return items to. Most items are not returned directly back to the warehouse that they were shipped from, but to us, as the warehouse is for outgoing shipments, only.



SHOE AND BOOT RETURNS - Go back shopping

No returns on shoes except for obvious manufacturer defect and with proper Return Authorization. (See above on how to obtain one.) Please read the tips below to ensure a good fit. Exchange for a different size is at the buyer's expense, and will also incur a re-stocking fee. Exchanges require a Return Authorization, also. Shoes or boots that have obviously been worn will not be accepted for return or exchange.

RE-STOCKING FEES - Go back shopping

All returned items will be subject to restocking fees of between 15% and 25% depending on the item(s) purchased. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Feet come in all sizes and shapes. This is kept in mind by the manufacturers, and most footwear is an average width. If you have a wide foot, ordering the next size up can help for a better fit. It is recommended that you order a size or so larger for shoes with a heel 5" or higher. The Highest Heel is the only shoe manufacturer we use that offers half sizes in most styles.

Calves and thighs are different, too, so many boots are made either with a stretch material or have lacing to adjust the fit. If you have really big calves or thighs, be realistic about which styles will fit you best!

"P.U." stands for polyurethane, or "leather look". They are matte in finish, and require no special cleaning beyond a damp cloth.

" Patent", either Patent Leather or Patent PU, the latter being a man made material, has a very shiny, almost mirror like appearance. This should be cleaned with a patent leather cleaner to reduce chances of ruining the shiny finish. This is available at any reputable shoe store. Do NOT use water or alcohol as they may rid the material of its shininess.

"Stretch", either Patent or PU, is a thin, stretchable material, which allows it to fit to the contours of the feet or legs.

FETISH SHOES - Go back shopping

It is recommended that you order a size or so larger for shoes with a heel 5" or higher. Fetish shoes are very high stiletto heels that offer little to no comfort. Fetish shoes will only fit Narrow to Medium width feet. These shoes are not returnable.
